peterhassett asked: Lady Westerling seems to regret her part in helping the Lannisters. In the last Jaime chapter of AFFC, she is reproachful discussing Raynald's death and the Red Wedding. Whether that's just GRRM making her a little sympathetic or providing evidence that she has her own secret plot, I've got no idea. For my part, I'm rooting for the latter.
Well, in that same conversation she’s pretty unrepentantly angling for a better deal — the reproach is issued as much in hopes that it’ll get her more loot as for any other reason.
