1. noradrenaline2 asked: So what about the perfumed seneschal that Dany was supposed to beware of? There's that aha moment when you learn that that's the name of the ship bearing Tyrion and Moqorro, but then the ship sinks. Even if one of them gets to her, it won't be on that boat, so it would turn out to have been a pretty useless warning. Or is that a red herring, and the actual stinky steward who warranted caution was Reznak, like Dany originally suspected?

Don’t forget option C, a player to be named later! My suspicion is that it’s the ship and not Reznak, since Reznak would be awfully obvious. I think Quaithe’s warnings in that book constitute just a “heads up!” as a baseline rather than full-fledged a “watch the fuck out these people are going to MURDER YOU” alarm. The Sun’s Son was a basically decent fellow, and Tyrion seems warmly disposed to Dany as well. Moqorro too, frankly, since he couldn’t be more obviously leading Victarion to his death if he were George and Vic was Lennie and the book were called A Dance with Mice and Men. In that light I think it’s okay that no one aboard the Stinky Steward seems to have it in for her. Keep in mind also that the Griffin and the Mummer’s Dragon don’t make it to her, either, but Quaithe still warned her about them.
