I doubt it. What would the value of such a callback be to anyone but obsessives like you and me who’d notice a random extra in a random scene in an episode three or four seasons earlier? The shot was intended to call attention to how children/the underclass are made to experience the messy business of their elders’/betters’ violence, nothing more than that.
