No. Littlefinger’s doing his own thing, and the Iron Bank is doing something else. The Iron Bank isn’t in the business of aiding a guy endeavoring to stiff them on loans in the hopes that at some point in the nebulous future said guy and said stiffing will pay off in some kind of underpants-gnome fashion:
