It depends on how much credence you’re willing to give the rules established by Varamyr’s teacher; how much faith you have in Bran’s innate character; how worried you are about what the Children and Bloodraven are really up to (and you can stop well short of the “THEY’RE THE REAL BAD GUYS OMG” and still be concerned, i.e. suspect that some element of human sacrifice is involved in activating greensight); how Hodor will continue to react; whether Bloodraven and the Children currently know or will eventually find out about it; etc. Lotta variables, not a lot to base a firm guess on.
There’s the additional possibility that it’s neither evil nor fully a-okay, what he’s doing, but simply a really bad idea, like climbing around the towers of Winterfell.
