I’m gonna go ahead and say no to other skinchangers. We just haven’t seen any evidence of that.
I’m also going to say that I think the influence of the magic characters can get blown out of all proportion by the fandom. The other day I received from a perfectly nice fellow a list of ten characters he believed Bloodraven was regularly skinchanging into — some were “pretty solid” (!) (Illyn Payne, Euron Crow’s Eye), others less so (Marillion? Jeyne Westerling? Harry the Heir?!). Please don’t let’s remove the agency of a quarter of the cast so that we make other characters into comic-book supervillains!
